Terms And Conditions

  • A security deposit of £250.00 is taken on booking, payable by credit or debit card only. This is non refundable if you cancel, but will be returned one week after your stay if you leave the property in good order and undamaged.

  • Full payment for the accommodation is taken no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. If booking less than 8 weeks from your arrival date, then on booking please.

  • Cancellations after the full amount is paid - we will obviously endeavour to sell any cancelled breaks, and providing we are able to do so, we will refund the recouped amount. However, please note that with only 8 weeks, it is not always possible to re-sell, or to re-sell at full-price.

  • Extra refuse removal is charged at £10-00 per run to the local refuse collection centre.
