New Forest Holiday Cottages - Booking Large Groups .

Booking accommodation for a large group can seem like a burden if you happen to be the organiser of the stay in one of our holiday cottages. For our larger cottages all pricing is shown per person, for the whole break, so it is easy to split costs with you family or friends.

You do not need to know at the point of booking exactly how many people will be staying, so you can book well in advance without knowing exactly who will be coming. You pay the deposit at the point of booking, and can let us know the party numbers at any point between booking and when the balance payment is made one month before your stay, so we can take the correct balance payment and have the cottage ready for your group. Minimum guest numbers are shown, which is the minimum payment should numbers of guests fall below that figure.
